It is a market leader in fire defense, offering integrated, efficient, and personalized solutions for fire prevention, rescue operations for individuals and material goods, first aid provision, and fire risk management.
We specialize in providing technical solutions, first intervention equipment, detection, signaling, and fire alarm systems, fire suppression and containment systems, as well as consultancy services, professional training, and instruction in fire safety and first aid.
SSG Group consists of specialists with extensive experience in Emergency Situations, many of whom have previously served within the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU).
With innovative solutions and state-of-the-art technologies, we ensure that our company's beneficiaries consistently receive the best services and solutions to protect them against emergency situations.
Our teams of qualified professionals are always prepared to respond promptly and efficiently in case of emergency situations, providing rapid intervention services and crisis management.
We strive to be our customers' trusted partner, offering them customized solutions tailored to their specific needs.
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in all aspects of our work.
According to the provisions of Law 307/2006 on fire protection and OMAI 51/2024, SSG Group ensures an intervention team at the sites of partner companies that, according to legislative provisions, are obligated to establish, staff, and equip a private emergency service. This team, staffed with personnel from SSG Group, will fulfill the appropriate duties according to performance criteria.
We ensure the staffing of intervention teams with personnel qualified as firefighter attendants, trained to respond to search and rescue missions, evacuation, and the provision of first aid to individuals affected by emergency situations.
The primary mission of our employees is to engage in prevention activities and to intervene in the event of an emergency.
The activities of the firefighter servants will focus on ensuring compliance with fire prevention and extinguishing regulations by all personnel working at the site, as well as daily checks on the operational status of first intervention equipment and fire protection systems.
In this case, SSG Group conducts professional training for employees, provides protective equipment and intervention means, prepares the service approval file by the territorial Emergency Situations Inspectorate (ISU), and ensures ongoing training for Private Proprietary Service members through theoretical and practical sessions at the Beneficiary's location.
For objectives where automatic fire suppression systems are temporarily taken out of service for inspection or repairs, SSG Group ensures business continuity by forming a specialized team equipped with a fire truck, carrying water and foam, possessing the necessary capacity and parameters to perform prompt and safe interventions.
In accordance with legal provisions in the field of organizing sports competitions, cultural, and artistic events, organizers are obligated to ensure fire prevention and firefighting measures.
These legal obligations can be fulfilled by the personnel of the Private Emergency Service of the SSG Group, through the intervention crews manning water and foam extinguishing vehicles.
In this case, organizational measures related to Emergency Situations are fulfilled by prevention specialists from SSG Group.
SSG Group owns a fleet of 31 fire trucks equipped with water, foam, powder, and nitrogen, of various capacities, as well as 3 high-rise rescue vehicles, thus covering the entire range of risk-generating situations. Moreover, the intervention vehicles are equipped with extrication tools and accessories for providing first aid medical assistance.
The inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers
Authorized by the National Center for Fire Safety and Civil Protection to perform services such as inspection, refilling, repair, and disposal of fire extinguishers, excluding those containing certain fluorinated greenhouse gases, SSG Group successfully provides high-quality services to its partners in this field.
It is well known that fire extinguishers are the most widespread means of first intervention in the event of a fire.
Often, a properly located fire extinguisher, used by a trained person, can play a crucial role in extinguishing a fire and thereby protecting lives and property.
Thus, specialists at SSG Group ensure the annual inspection of fire extinguishers for all our clients, refill those that have been used, repair any malfunctions, and verify their correct placement.
At the same time, SSG Group provides training services for the personnel designated by the client, ensuring that the use of first response equipment is done correctly and efficiently.
Systems design, installation, and maintenance
SSG Group is authorized by the National Center for Fire Safety and Civil Protection for the following fields of activities:
• design of fire signaling alarm and warning systems and installations.
• installation and maintenance of fire signaling alarm and warning systems and installations.
• design of fire containment and extinguishing systems and installations.
• the installation and maintenance of fire containment and extinguishing systems and installations, except those containing certain fluorinated greenhouse gases.
Fire represents a very serious emergency due to its catastrophic effects and the severity of its consequences, including loss of human lives and destruction of property.
Training and instructing personnel on how to act in the event of a fire can reduce the risk of loss of human lives or destruction of property.
Moreover, obtaining an insurance policy can mitigate the impact of material losses incurred. However, sometimes the damage caused by a fire can led to the interruption of a commercial entity's operations or even the destruction of a business.
Statistically, the largest and most serious fires have occurred outside of business hours, when there were no employees present to observe and intervene in case of a fire. Late detection of a fire's onset can result in immense losses for any business entity.
Thus, there arose the necessity to develop technical solutions for detecting the onset of a fire in its incipient phase. The transmission of the alarm signal to building users, the interruption of natural gas and electricity supply, as well as the activation of various fire containment and extinguishing systems, are just a few of the technical solutions proposed by our specialized department.
Specialists from the Technical Fire & Rescue Department of SSG Group conduct specialized audits at facilities managed by our partners, identifying and proposing the best solutions tailored to the specific activities performed there.
The proposed technical solutions will be implemented by our technicians, ensuring warranty, post-warranty service, as well as their periodic maintenance.
Through a unified system consisting of fire detection and alarm installations, as well as fire containment and extinguishing installations, SSG Group manages to offer technical solutions tailored to the specific needs of each partner.
Thus, SSG Group is committed to ensuring rapid intervention in case of fire incidents, thereby protecting lives, material goods, and ensuring business continuity for our partners.
Firefighting equipment and fire defense means are essential elements in ensuring fire safety for buildings, reducing the risk of fire, as well as preventing them altogether.
It is the obligation of designers, contractors, and users of civil and industrial constructions to ensure adequate provision of firefighting equipment and means of fire defense.
In this regard, SSG Group ensures its partners are equipped with the most advanced firefighting equipment and means of fire defense: fire extinguishers, indoor and outdoor hydrants, discharge pipes, fire hoses, couplings, extinguishing agents, fire trucks, fully equipped firefighting teams, spare parts, and accessories.
Because the safety of the rescuer comes first, SSG Group ensures high-quality equipment solutions for first responders at partner sites, including: Nomex protective suits, firefighting helmets, safety belts, protective gloves, safety boots, breathing apparatus, etc.
All products offered for sale by SSG Group are produced according to the EU regulations.
Often, the training and periodic instruction of personnel are crucial factors in determining how they respond in the event of a fire.
SSG Group aims to become an active member of Romanian society by focusing on the training of its own personnel, employees of our partners, and future generations.
Thus, at SSG Group, a Professional Training Department has been established to provide training in emergency situations.
Currently, SSG Group is authorized by the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU) and the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity for professional training in the following occupations:
- Firefighter servant.
- Chief of private service/volunteer in emergency situations.
- Technical staff with responsibilities in fire prevention and extinguishing.
- Civil protection inspector.
- Prevention specialist.
Additionally, the Professional Training Department at SSG Group ensures the training of our own staff and clients, to providing with:
- first-aid classes (BLS).
- courses for high-altitude and hostile environment rescue.
In the event of an emergency, every second counts, and the promptness of the response is crucial, whether it involves saving lives or protecting property and assets.
SSG Group has developed a Mobile Intervention Concept, deploying mixed crews with qualifications as security agents and firefighter aides, and equipped with the knowledge of providing qualified first aid until the arrival of ambulance teams.
Thus, these teams can successfully respond to any requests, including burglary attempts, emergency situations caused by fires, floods, earthquakes, medical emergencies, technological accidents, etc.
