SSG Group is founded in response to new regulations governing the private security industry, in compliance with Romanian Law 333/2003. The company begins operating in projects across the industrial, logistics, and construction sectors.
2004
The results achieved accelerate the company’s expansion and attract key clients from retail and property management. The company strengthens its position as a trusted partner for organizations with complex operations.
2010
An innovative service dedicated to the management of private parking facilities is launched. The solution introduces digitalized operational processes and creates new opportunities for the group’s development.
2016
SSG Group ranks 6th among security companies in Romania. During the same year, SSG Fire & Rescue becomes the national leader in its field.
2020
SSG Group exceeds 5,300 employees and strengthens its position as a leader in the private security industry. Its integrated service model confirms the organization’s maturity, stability, and reliability.
2023

SSG Group adopts the Technology-Centric model and develops its own Security Operations Center. Expanded capabilities in drones and robotics mark a new generation of security services.

2025
2008
SSG Group enters a new stage of development after signing its first major national contracts. The company expands into the retail and pharmaceutical sectors, further strengthening its market position.
2013
SSG Group diversifies its activities through the launch of the SSG Fire & Rescue division and the development of private investigation services. The expanded portfolio transforms the company into an integrated security solutions provider.
2019
The company completes its first major rebranding, focused on strengthening its corporate identity. The new image supports the growth of brand recognition and long-term client relationships.
2022
The company surpasses the RON 150 million revenue milestone and enters the Top 3 security companies in Romania. Continued growth is supported by the expansion of its team, infrastructure, and contract portfolio.
2024
Investments in rebranding, logistics, technology, and operational capabilities accelerate the company’s transformation. SSG Group expands its expertise toward projects with regional and international impact.
